Welcome to your very own magical festive break at Broadfield; why not spend Christmas or New Year with us?

The yuletide season at Broadfield is an incredibly special time, with those crisp country days and starry winter nights, the fires aglow and your family and friends gathered to celebrate.

And importantly, Broadfield is dressed to welcome you. Our magnificent locally-grown trees grace the long hall and dining room, bedecked with baubles. Our mantels boast greenery and candles, and from our beams dangle stars and, of course, more glittering baubles. There are even stockings hung by the fireplace. And our bar too sees a tree and its own glitter ball, ready for those festive frivolities.

But not to forget our Coach House, with its own tree and decor making the place into a Christmas cottage straight from a picture postcard.

As always, festive hire of Broadfield is fully exclusive use with everything you’d expect from a country house hire. In the main house, we have our nine elegant bedrooms sleeping 18 and can add four put up beds if required, as well as a double sofa bed in our snug, with capacity totaling 24, plus infants.

In the Coach House, we have three bedrooms, sleeping six and can add a put up bed if needed, with our capacity totaling seven, plus an infant.

Guests are very welcome to take both properties together for large groups, or the two houses can be booked separately. Both properties have their own gardens, parking and all their own amenities, so that separate groups have their own privacy and exclusive use.

We are now taking bookings for the 2026 festive period, and we also still have New Year 2025 availability for the main house only.

As a special festive treat we always offer a luxury hot tub for your stay and some of our own Broadfield sparkling wine in the fridge.

And of course, the log baskets will be full, the kitchen will be stocked with tea and coffee, the bathrooms will have lovely toiletries, flowers will compliment the Christmas decorations, and luxury bed linen and towels will be provided.
